About Me
First off, welcome and thank you for taking the time to visit my education portfolio!
My name is McKayla Roll. I am obtaining the degrees of Elementary Education/Early Childhood and minor in Special Education.
I grew up in Mott, North Dakota, which is a small farming community in the southwestern corner of the state.
I was raised on our family farm which has been in our family for over 4 generations now! (pictured above)
Working hard, having patiences, and forming strong relationships are some of the things that will always be instilled within me because of how I was raised on the farm. Another thing I love about having connections with the farm is being able to bring hands on information and materials into my future classroom.
Because growing up on a farm isolates you from others sometimes, my family is very close and important to me. I have two loving and supportive parents, a older brother, and a younger sister who is my best friend.
Faith is the largest part of my life - without God guiding me I would not be half the woman I am today. I continue to reach up to God with everything - good and bad - and know that He has the best plan for my life.
